ProspectZero is a business software tool intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us immediately at prospectzero@jkcreative.store and we will promptly delete it.
We send transactional emails only (order confirmation, license delivery, support responses, material policy changes). We do not send marketing or promotional emails. All transactional emails comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and include our physical mailing address and a mechanism to contact us.
We do not use cookies on our website. No tracking, session, or advertising cookies are set by prospectzero.jkcreative.store.
Any data processed through the ProspectZero pipeline — including scraped business data, AI-generated content, and outreach lists — is processed on your infrastructure and is your responsibility. You are the data controller for any personal data that passes through your pipeline. JK Creative LLC is not a processor of that data and has no access to it.
If your pipeline processes personal data subject to GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy regulations, it is your responsibility to comply with those laws.
